Every year around this time we try and get together someway, somehow to give toys for kids. Last year we did Toys 4 Tots and this year it would be for Spark of Love with the LA County Fire Dept.
We all got together in Pomona California at the local college. It was a great venue with plenty of room for showing off all the off road rigs and collecting the toys.
We had a good turn out of all different types of off road vehicles.
Around lunch the grills broke out. Burgers and Dogs were on the menu, along with some fresh home made cookies.
After lunch we all relaxed before packing up and heading over to the fire station.
Dixie didn't mind just lounging around one bit.
Arriving at the fire station with some of the rigs was really cool.
The firefighters had just returned from a call and were wondering what all these off roaders were doing at their station. After the realized what we were there for, they were really happy to see us.
Thanks to everyone that came out yesterday for the Spark of Love toy drive. We ended up having a ton of toys to donate to a local station this year. Thanks to Stuart for setting the whole thing up and for him bringing the most toys by any one person! 13! Thanks to Justin for driving so far and thanks for the good burgers from James.
